Porche’ Brittany Niccole Wilson

There aren’t many things that could brighten up the room more than Porche’s raspy laugh. Porche Brittany Wilson was born on January 9, 1994 and went home to be with the Lord on September 14, 2020. Porche was born in Cleveland, Ohio at St. Luke’s Hospital to Tracee and Lamont. Porche spent the majority of her childhood growing up in Cleveland but later moved to Columbus, Oh in 2006. Porche graduated from Pickerington High School North in 2012. After graduation, she began working at the Comfort Inn while attending the Ohio State School of Cosmetology. Soon after, Porche developed an interest in photography and was in pursuit of an associate degree from Columbus State.

Porche was very resourceful and it wasn’t uncommon to find her painting her friend’s nails, doing her sister’s hair, or even putting new brakes on her car. Porche was a woman of many talents and didn’t look down on doing any type of work. Porche was also an incredibly talented artist and very creative. In the 8th grade, Porche was asked to draw a mural for her middle school that still exists today. Porche loved life and was always the life of the party. Porche’s energy was contagious and she had the ability to bring a smile to anyone’s face with one of her jokes and her laugh.

Porche had a great relationship with her siblings. Porche was the second oldest of her siblings and was known as the “feisty” one, who wasn’t ever afraid to tell everyone else how she felt at any given time.

Porche was also a loving mother to her six-year–old son. Khyi Royal. Khyi was born on June 13, 2014 to Porche and Tony Haugabrooks-Suarez and is the apple of their eye. In addition, Khyi’s grandparents, James and Emma Suarez, have been very instrumental in helping raise Khyi.

Porche was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, (Aaron Thompson and Shirley Gresham) and Uncle AC.

Porche is survived by and left to remember by her maternal grandparents, Luther Massengale Jr. and June Wilson; father, Lamont Thompson; mother, Tracee Kisner; siblings, Mercadiez, Makalah, Zoe, Ka’liyah, Lamonte; Paternal Aunts and Uncles, Felicia (James), Shirlene, Deborah, Khadejah, Aaron (Simone), Joe (Brittany), Shaun, Maternal Aunts and Uncles, Laverne (James), David (Shelly), Robine (TyShawn); a multitude of several cousins and close friends.
