Celina Mixon Mcclure

The sun rose for Celina Marie Mixon McClure on August 4, 1983 in Columbus, Ohio. The sun set on Monday, August 8, 2022 at University East Hospital. Four days after her 39^th birthday, Celina Mixon Was united in eternity with her father, Anthony Mixon, Sr.; grandmother, Gwendolyn Martin; special uncle, Pete Gresson; and her loving husband, Johnny McClure.

Celina’s nieces and nephews called her “Lele” as did all who grew to know and love her. She was a loving mother to her only child, Jeremiah Mixon. Celina was also a member of Higher Ground Always Abounding Assemblies.

Celina leaves to cherish and keep her memory alive beloved son, Jeremiah; mother, Naomi; sister, Eva; brother, Anthony Jr; sister, Denetra; nieces and nephews, Quantavis, Aaron, Kayin, Anthony III, Aaron, Nalani, Mi’Yanna, Azire, Cameron, Lyla, August, Mel, A’Dior, Alaya, and Amina; special friends, Joy and Sheena; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Celina will be forever missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
