Belinda Monique “Snooky” Ragland Alls was born April 4, 1991 in Columbus, Ohio to her parents, Alice Ruth Ragland, John Simpson, and Jessie Ragland. God call Relinda home on March 26, 2023 and she was praising God as she reunited with her mother, father, and grandson as she transitioned to be with the Lord.

Belinda graduated from Whetstone High School in 1989. She then went on to study as a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist, graduating in 2006. Shortly after starting her career at Bio-Blood Components in 2007, Belinda took sick having to retire in 2017.

Belinda was a dedicated daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, niece, and friend to many. She loved to dance and would light up a room in an instant with her smile and her jokes and she cared for many and shared with all. Belinda had a heart of gold, a heart full of forgiveness and loved everyone.

Belinda is preceded in death by her mother; Alice Jordan, father; John Simpson, maternal grandparents; Eugenia and George Franklin, aunts; Evelyn Franklin, Mary Ann Dickerson, uncle; Harold and Harry Franklin, grandson; Samuel Lamar Owens Jr., nephews; Phil Brown, Rico Taylor, Sam Taylor, and Lorenzo Mason.

Belinda is survived by her siblings; Phededa Franklin, Stanley Ragland, Medric Ragland, Terry and Patricia Ragland, Johnetha (Saul) Orton, Tangela (Watt) Cloyd, Corletha Rattle, Samantha Toland, Nicole Turrstone and Christel and James Ransom, children; Antonio (Apirl) Hardiman, Christian (James) Ragland, Maria Ragland, Dathan and Karla Harri, grandchildren; Terron Ragland, Dante Crockett, Airam Alls, Keon Hamis, Mia Harns, Mia Harns, Mackenzie Harns and Edmond Evans, special children; Rulanda Johnson, Malik Brunner, Delaney Rozyla, special friends; Karen Burroughs and Teron Stewart and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation 1:00 PM and Funeral Service 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at Lincoln Park Community Baptist Church, 675 E. Markison Ave.. Ministry of Comfort entrusted to MARLAN J.
