Angela Joyce Jordan

Angela Joyce Jordan was born March 1, 1944, to Luereather Thomas and Johnny Thomas in Cleveland, Ohio.

She was the oldest sibling to Curtis Lee Whipple and Anna Marie Walton.

As a child she attended and graduated from John Hay High School. After High School she began her career in healthcare. During her various employment Journeys, she met some amazing longtime friends, Charlie Velma, Shirley and Juanita. Angela worked in many places from St. Ann’s, Western Electric and Menorah Park.

Angela’s first marriage was to Robert Pratt Jr. and to that union her children Tina Pratt and Robert Pratt lll were born. She was also married to Dewitt Bradley and Edward Jordan.

Angela was a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio. Angela loved the Lord. She also loved shopping, traveling, baking, and spending time with her family. Her grandchildren were the highlight of her life. Family was everything to her.

In 2009 Angela moved to Columbus, Ohio to be closer to her sister who was her best friend.

Angela was preceded in death by her mother, Luereather and father Johnny.

She leaves to cherish her memory son, Robert; daughter, Tina Pratt; brother, Curtis Whipple; sister , Anna (Joseph) Walton ; grandsons, Terrell Pratt, Donte Pratt; granddaughter, Jewell Pratt; great grandchildren, Carter Pratt and Nyla Pratt; niece, Alia Davis (Michael ) Newhes, Albertina Gwin, Article Walton (McKenna) and a host of great nieces, nephews, family and friends.
