Angeline Freeman

Angeline Yuheh Freeman was born on June 5, 1952 to Tabee and Kpaflode Thompson. She was born in Polygamous into a family of over 15 children. She was the second of 4 siblings from her mother.

She spent her early life in Fishtown, Marland County, Liberia West Africa. When in elementary school in Fishtown, she was taken to Monrovia , the nations capital by her brother John to continue her education. In 1976 Angeline graduated from Secretarial School as an executive secretary and married Dr. Tabeh Lawrence Freeman Sr. in 1983. She gave birth to 3 children, Naomi, Tabeh Jr and Tabehde; 3 stepchildren, Wannie, Wonderr, Jur-sie.

Angie worked as an executive with the Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation (LWSC), West Africa Chemical and Explosive Company (EXCHEM), Liberian National Red Cross Society (LMRCS), Ministry of Finance, Liberia and The National Aides/STD
Control Program.

After marriage, Angie continued to work and take care of her children. the family size got larger nearly every year with relatives and non-relatives. She treated every child well!. They all had the opportunity to get a college education. She encouraged every child and person to know the Lord. Every person was welcome to her home, especially the needy.

Angie enjoyed reading , cooking, walking and watching movies.

Angie is preceded in death by her parents, Tabe and Kpaflode Thompson; aunt, Nora Wlede Thompson and several brothers and sisters.

Angie leaves behing her husband, Dr. Tabeh L. Freeman, Sr; Children, Wannie, Wonders, Naomi, Tabeh, J. Tabehede, Jor-sie and the many children she educated, sisters , nephews, nieces and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation 11:00 PM and Funeral Service 12:00 PM Friday, June 2, 2019 The Chapel of Peace East, 5456 E. Livingston Ave.

Interment at Union Cemetery
