Antonio Brown

Antonio LaVette Brown was born August 31, 1972 to the late Katie M. Brown and Robert Lee Brown and departed suddenly on August 13, 2019 at Doctors West Hospital.

Tony grew up in the Short North in Columbus, Ohio where he met some of the most special people in his life. He attended Columbus Public Schools, and graduated from Linden McKinley. He loved sports, he was a fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and Dallas Cowboys.

In his free time he enjoyed playing pool but his best sport was playing poker where he played at a professional level. Beside these things, the number 1 love for Tony6 was his family and his 2 sons. He had a smile that would light up a whole room. He was a kind spirited person that knew no stranger. To know Tony was to love Tony.

In 1994, he welcomed his first son Trey A. Brown into the world, followed by his baby boy Chase R. Brown in 1996. August 15, 1997 he married the love of his life which is the mother of his children Ann Brown. Until his last breath they were best friends and the love of each other’s life.

He is preceded in death by mother Katie M. Brown, father Robert Lee Brown, brothers Bernard, Robert, and Angelo Brown, and nephew Robert Demons.

He leaves to cherish his memories; lovely wife Ann Brown, sisters Orga (James) Johnson, Veronica Brown, Katrina Brown, Larzell, Sherman, Katherine (Junior) Breaston, brothers Tyrone (Toshia) Brown, and Lewis Brown, and sons Trey (Megan) Brown, and Chase R. Brown.

Visitation 11:00am and Funeral 12:00pm Friday, August 23, 2019 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH, 2500 Cleveland Ave.

Interment at Eastlawn Cemetery.
