Arthur S. Franklin Jr., age 67.  Sunrise November 1, 1947 in Philadelphia, PA and Sunset March 23, 2015 at Mt. Carmel St. Anns Hospital in Westerville. Arthur was a member of Local 423 Labor Union.  He was preceded in death by his mother Willie Mae Jackson Franklin, sister Deborah Lee and brother Ferris Franklin.  Left to cherish his memory, wife Deborah L. Franklin, father Arthur S. Franklin Sr., sons Arthur S. Franklin III and Wayne Keith Jones, daughters Shannon Baylis and Waka Franklin, brother Christopher Franklin, grandchildren Sade, Victoria and Mayor, great grandchildren Diego, Dior and Arian and a host of other family and friends.  Visitation 10:00am and Memorial Service 11:00am Monday March 30, 2015 at Christ Cathedral Church 3350 Allegheny Ave.  Ministry of Comfort entrusted to MARLAN J.
