Candace Lynn Carr, was born Saturday February 3rd, 1979 in Columbus Ohio to Sheree Lynn Carr and Linwood Lamar. She was called home Saturday, September 19,2020.
Candace, a beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, grandmother, niece, and friend left us suddenly. She was a loving, caring, and a funny person, who enjoyed spending time with her immediate family and making sure that everyone around her kept a smile on their faces. Candace is preceded in death by maternal grandmother Carmen Fossett, grandfathers David Boyd and Vance Carr, and her paternal grandparents Lucy and James Lamar.

Left to cherish her smile and memory is her mother, Sheree Lynn Carr; father, Linwood Lamar; brothers, Jacques Carr (Preston Mitchell), & Estaban Weaver (Ashli Crisp); sisters, Vililisia Mitchem and Starr Carr (Michael Junkins); children , Alexias Carr, Marquice Carr-Lindsay, Samia Lomack, Samya Lomack, & Nehemiah Lomack; step children, Monae, Drea, Domonique, Jamal & Siera; grandchildren, Zyaire Cook, Zayden Cook, Xyasia Thomas & Xeraya Carr; nieces, Tanaya Corbitt-Weaver, Dajénique Carr-Jones, & Chakyra Carr-Bailey; nephews, Marcus Jones Jr, Nahzier Bailey & Antonio Mitchem. She was expecting a great-nephew, Sir’Santana Bondurant & had a host of relatives and friends.
Special friends: Tomika Jones, Melinda Overstreet & Kathi Howard.

PRIVATE SERVICES TICKET IS MANDATORY Visitation 1:00 PM and Funeral Service 2:00 PM Friday, October 2, 2020 at COP East, 5456 E. Livingston Ave.

A MASK IS MANDATORY.
