Charlotte Osterman Memorial Scholarship
The Charlotte Osterman Memorial Scholarship was established through The Ohio State University by her friends and family as a way to honor her dedication to the field of social work, the families and youth she served, and the students she taught and mentored. Charlotte exemplified and personified the true values of a social work, which was her calling. Her purpose was helping others find their calling.
