Clarke Iness Billard

Clarke Billard passed away peacefully at St. Ann’s hospital in Columbus, Ohio August 26, 2022 at the age of 29.

She was proceeded in death by her brother Gavin Nigel Payne Billard, and grandparents Eddie Billard and Ruby Billard.

She is survived by her loving brother’s Christopher Jr, Caynan, and Chance, Mother Tabiatha, and Father Christopher Sr.

Clarke was Courageous, Loving, Ambitious, Rumbustious, Kind, and Exciting. There was nothing she couldn’t do. Clarke’s lively spirit, infectious laughter and smile that light up the room will be truly missed. She loved life and her family. She encouraged us all to go out and live and be adventurous.

Now that she is gone a little of the world’s color is lost. Until we meet again we’ll think about you always. We hold you close in our hearts and there you will always remain. Love you Clarke!!
