Dalyn Sheppard

Dalyn Lee Sheppard, age 23, joined his family in heaven on January 1, 2025. Dalyn will always be remembered as a loving son, father, brother, uncle, cousin, grandson, and co-worker.

Dalyn was born July 28, 2001 to Brandy Sheppard and Earnest Hall. He was a precocious child who loved to read. At the age of 17, he graduated from both Arts and College Preparatory Academy High School and Columbus State Community College. He obtained a degree in business. He briefly pursued a degree in audio engineering, which was interrupted by the pandemic. 

Dalyn is survived by his son, August Lee, and his daughter-in-love Vivian Raylynn. He will be deeply missed but cherished forever by his loved ones including siblings, Earnest, Kaila, Jordon, Brooklyn, Bralyn and Amir. He is also survived by parents, Brandy Sheppard and Earnest (Erica) Hall; grandparents, LaTonya Robinson, Vera (Charles) Sykes, Robert (Angelica) Clodfelter; great grandmother, Hazel M. Sheppard; and a large extended family.

In his leisure, he worked hard and extensively, rehabbing his home with his mentor and best friend TJ. Dalyn had a passion for riding his quad, doing donuts in his Jeep and participating in an array of outdoor activities. He will be remembered for his perseverance, hard work, and helpful nature. Dalyn will be remembered in love.
