Deaonté Dwayne Bell, Sr, age 27. Sunrise January 15, 1990 in Harvey, Illinois  and Sunset May 27, 2017.

Deaonté attended Walnut Ridge High School where he received his diploma. Deaonte’ was employed at Medranos Pallet Company where he was hardworking and dedicated. He was a mentor and tutor to inmates and also youth. Deaonté was pursuing a career in truck driving.

Deaonté is survived by his wife, Natasha Bell; sons, Deaonté Jr. and Harvey Turner; daughter, Neilani; mother, Shata (Bernard) Benson; sister, Bernyia’ Benson; brother, Dreonte Benson; brother in law, Toddio (Erica) Cornett; niece, Toddera Cornett; nephews, Zyon, Toddell Cornett, and Kayden Benson; and a host of cousins and friends.

Deaonté was a loving husband and protector of his family. He loved his kids and did anything to provide for them and to see them smile. He loved God, and had a strong faith and believed in second chances. He was good with kids, and loved the holidays. He will truly be missed.

Deaonté will be missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

Visitation 2:00 p.m. Funeral 3:00 p.m. Saturday June 10, 2017 at MARLAN GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH, 2500 Cleveland Avenue.
