Dianne Meyers

Dianne Meyers was born On July 22, 1956 to the late William and Mary Meyers in Augusta, Georgia at MCG Hospital.

On February 26, 2018 at Grant Medical Center God sent his angels to carry our beloved mother Dianne Meyers home to be with the lord. She was blessed with 61 years of life and surrounded by love and great memories. She shared 35 wonderful years with Lawrence Wright. Together they raised 3 beautiful children, Andre (Tyra) Wright, Lakeisha Wright and Robert Wright.

Dianne retired from Ohio State after 32 years of service. She loved going to bingo, watching soap operas and playing the Ohio Lotto.

Dianne was preceded in death by her her mother and father, William and Mary Meyers.

Dianne leaves behind a legacy of 6 sisters and 4 brothers, Betty (Jim) Dillard, Susie (Don) Bibins and Annette (Jim) Holloway all from Columbus, Ohio, Rosie Watley, Patricia (James) Stanford, Mary Ivey all of Warrenton, Georgia, William Meyers, Jr., Horace Meyers, Conil (Reatha) Meyers, Charlie (Doris) Meyers, all from Warrenton, Georgia, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Dianne will be missed by all who loved and had the pleasure of knowing her.

Visitation 11:00am and Funeral 12:00pm Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Love Zion Baptist Church, 1459 Madison Ave.

Interment in Georgia.
