Dominique DeShawn Thomas was born November 4, 1991 to Mary Ellen Wallace and Henry Thomas in Columbus, Ohio. Dominique attended East High School; he enjoyed music and spending time with his family .  On Saturday July 11, 2015, Dominique was called home to be with the Lord. Dom is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Nathaniel and Margaret Edwards, aunt Charlet Frost Williams, Belinda Edwards and Jessie Frost, cousins Lamar and Antonio Edwards, and step-brother Tony Larry (Black) Wallace. Dom is survived by his mother and step-father Mary (Tony) Wallace, father Henry Thomas, brothers Devin Edwards, Michael Edwards, Henry Thomas, Isaiah Thomas and Javon Moore, sisters Christina (Timothy) Cole Hannah, Shanesha Cole, and Ciara Thomas, aunts Lonnie Frost, Sheila (Elroy) Turner, Tonita Murphy, Sandra Bowden, Deneen Davenport and Donna Green, uncles Robert, Ocie (Peggy), Nathaniel and Van Edwards,   special cousin Larry Wilson, Godmother Jodie Harsh, girlfriend Ym’Unique Boles and a host of other relatives and friends.  Visitation 10:00am and Funeral 11:00am Tuesday July 21, 2015 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE 2500 Cleveland Ave.  Interment at Evergreen Burial Park
