People could also find him around the city supporting causes that uplift his people and those in need. He was a natural leader; becoming a business owner and leading his own congregation as a pastor. Known as the “Best dressed man in the area”, he believed in showing up in style no matter where he went. For example, he would show up in a 3-piece suit with a full-length mink coat to a Christmas pajama party! He was a fierce family protector and he loved his late wife, Deborah. Bishop Miller had the ability to add humor into many situations leaving those around him in laughter. His favorite gift was a gift card to Bob Evans and you could often find him watching re-runs of “Supernatural”. He loved visits from his family & friends despite the fact that he kept his home above 80 at all times. His favorite scripture was, Proverbs 27:17 “Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another”.
