Dontreal Callhoun

Dontreal Calhoun was born February 25, 2001 in Columbus, OH to Rachelle Knight and Donald Calhoun. He departed this life on January 3, 2021.

Dontreal was amazing to me and everyone who was also blessed to meet him. He loved smiling and to make others smile even when he knew he was wrong. When that sunshine came across his face (that smile), he thought he has a golden smile, and he did.

Dontreal is preceded in death by several members of the Knight, Glover, and Calhoun families.

Dontreal leaves behind to cherish his memory, mother, Rachelle Knight; father, Donald Calhoun; grandmothers, Barbara Knight and Kay Knight; grandfather, Thurman Knight; sisters, Mekaela Knight, Kiechelle Green, Camaysha Calhoun, and Diamond Calhoun; brothers, Matais Knight, Miekvann Knight, Makai Cumpston, Marquail Williams, Keishann Green, Jodeci Calhoun, Donald Strong, Donald Calhoun IV, Chris Tatum, and Mike Tatum; uncle, Ronald Calhoun; aunts, Erica Knight, Crystal Calhoun, and Teresa Fountain; special cousins, Siea Glover, Tashi Knight, James Wilder, James Cain, and Tanyada Fountain; special friends and family, Keise, Benji, Yae Yae, Vic, JJ, Tylond, Tyrell, Faths, DooDoo; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Public Visitation 1pm, Private Visitation 2pm, and Funeral 3pm Friday, January 15, 2021 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH, 2500 Cleveland Ave.

Interment at Eastlawn Cemetery.
