Eddie James Milner Jr., age 60. Sunrise May 21, 1955 in Columbus, OH and Sunset November 2, 2015 in Cincinnati, OH. Eddie was a graduate of Marion Franklin High School. He earned a Bachelor’s in Finance at Central State University where he was also a member of The Lodge. He played in the National Baseball League as an Outfielder with The Cincinnati Reds and The San Francisco Giants. He was raised attending Clair United Methodist Church and Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Columbus and was recently attending Crossroads Church in Cincinnati. Eddie was preceded in death by his mother Evangeline Milner, brother Lynn Milner and grandparents Eddie R. and Emma L. Milner and Hobson and Hattie Covington. Left to cherish his memory, father Eddie J. Milner Sr., daughters Elisha J. (Robert) Hill and Erin J. Milner, granddaughters Aniyah Spaulding and Melissa Hill, sisters Inez Milner and Peggy Ann (Oliver) Milner-Hardman, brothers Alvino Milner, Craig (Marilyn) Milner and Hobson Milner, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation 9:00am and Funeral 10:00am Saturday November 7, 2015 at Clair United Methodist Church 293 E. Barthman Ave. Interment at Glen Rest Memorial Estates.
