Edward L. Miller

Edward was brought into this world on May 29, 1968 and went Home to be with The Lord on May 3, 2020.

Edward attended Martin Luther King High School in Philadelphia, PA and later obtained his GED. Edward loved God and was baptized at Family Missionary Baptist Church, Columbus, Ohio.

“Philly” as he was called was a skilled barber who enjoyed cutting hair. He was employed by a heating and cooling company. He loved spending time with his family. Edward was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. Edward will sadly be missed and forever have a place in our hearts.

Edward was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy M. Miller and brother, Joseph C. Miller.

Edward leaves to cherish his memory, his foster mother, Barnell Williams of Philadelphia, PA to which he was raised by; brothers, Earl Leigh, Robert Williams, and Shawn Williams of Philadelphia, PA.; children, Alycia Miller of Philadelphia, PA, JoAysa (Joseph) Miller of Columbus, OH, Tasshon Miller of Columbus, OH, and Taylor White of Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren, Zoey of Philadelphia, PA whom he had not had the pleasure of meeting, Yazmenda, Nellaya, NyaVonnye, Jamiece, Joseph, Kingston, Shawn Jr, Jamie Jr, Ethan, JoVier, Jerrico, Khyi’Shon, Jalaya, Jamie’son, Juelz all of Columbus, OH; stepchildren whom he reared, Artis McLean of Springfield, OH, Angelika “Gelli” Stoutmire, and Karyn “Toyka” McLean of Columbus, OH.; special niece, Contrina “Bonnie” Miller of Philadelphia, PA; special nephew, Montez Wilson of Columbus, OH; companion of 30 years, Karen McLean of Lancaster, OH; special friends, James Dailey and Christopher Hendricks of Columbus, OH; and a host of other family and friends.
