Elizabeth Ann Burton

Elizabeth Ann Burton Age 64, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away on August 21, 2024. Elizabeth was born on August 2, 1960 in Central City, Kentucky, the daughter of Bender Louis Hampton and Clara Ann Barnhill and the sister of Brenda Barnhill. 

Elizabeth graduated from Malabar High School in the year of 1980. Elizabeth got married to her loving husband, Clifton Burton in 1993. 

Elizabeth loved spending time with her family, have holiday dinners and outside barbecues with family and having people over to share laughter, love and beautiful memories. She loved going to good wills and thrift shops with her sister to find hidden treasures as that had been a tradition for years. She has touched the hearts and souls of anyone that was around her and was always the one to tell you first that she loved you. 

Remaining to cherish Elizabeth’s memory are her husband, Clifton Burton; daughter, Jaleeka Burton; and her four grandchildren, Kaliyah, Kassandra, Michael and Cashmere; sister, Brenda Barnhill; nephew, Robert Barnhill; niece, Cynthia Barnhill; great nephews, Myron and Avery Rankin; niece, Kelsey Rankin; mother in law, Dorothy Carr; sisters in law, Ruby Burton, Sonja (William) Baker, and Vivian (Anthony) Davis; brother in law, Richard Burton and a host of other family and friends.  

Preceding Elizabeth in death by her mother, Clara Ann Barnhill; and sister Lena Mae Baker; granddaughter, Blair M. Rankin; brothers, Leroy Willis, Robert ( Bobby) Hunter; and sister in law, Theresa Hunter.
