She was a member of Greater Peace Baptist Church in Canton, OH. Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents James Ballard and Lula Ruth Houston Ballard, her brother Michael Williams and her great granddaughter Angelina Walker. Left to cherish her memory, sons James Ballard, Bryon Anthony Ballard and Spencer Hogan, daughters Samantha Moore, Angela Dee Hogan and Taleika Hogan, brother Roy Williams, sisters Nellie Ruth Coleman, Debra Johnson, Patricia (Sylvester) Canady and Dorothy Mae Young, 17 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
