Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents Frederick D. Manning, Jr., and Minnie A. Nesbitt Morgan, husband Larry Fox and brother Reginald D. Morgan. She is survived by her daughter Toka D. Nesbitt-Raney, sons Todd D. Nesbitt and Telly D. (Ammie) Lee, sisters Kimberly Castaneda and Tamara Fournier, brothers Elder Michael (Regina) Nesbitt, Sr., and Benjamin L. Nesbitt, seven grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
