As a hard working woman, Evangelist Ford wore many hats.  During her career she worked at Talbot Hall at OSU, cared for and did cleaning work for the elderly. She loved to sing and Cook and help the homeless but her greatness passion was ministering and bringing people to Christ and holding bible study at home and at church.

Not being a one sided person she listen as well as gave good advice to others.  Soon Evangelist Ford took on a new role. On March 19, 1974, she married her loving husband Mr. Charles Louis Ford. Still she had time for her ministry, she attended the First Pentecostal Church of Charity under Bishop Dalton Butler Sr. However, in 1993 She became a member of  Promise Land Believers Fellowship Assemblies World Wide under Dr. Bishop Forest Rhodes (now Pastor Rozonno McGhee) until God called her home.
