James Roccardo Allen Born January 21, 1990, was called Home to be with the Lord on December 21, 2014. He graduated from Linden Mckinley High School in 2009 and Columbus State Community College in 2010 in search of a higher education. James worked several jobs, his last employment was with Rumpke Waste Removal and Recycle. He was also a good handyman.
James provided everyone with laughter, smiles and always willing to help anyone. James loved to smile and was a constant laughter for those around him. With his deep belly laugh, stories and jokes. His easy manner and dimples drew people in and he never refused a request at help. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need whether it was doing yard work for a neighbor or hanging a Christmas lights for his aunt. He never bit his tongue and would always tell the truth.
Although he didn’t have a team he loved watching sports – especially basketball and football. In his downtime, he watched movies. It would be an easy guess to say that Forrest Gump was his favorite movie due to how many times he watched it.
James is preceded in death by his grandparents Maceo & Judith Biggers. Peggy Allen Forest Beale, brother Roccardo Allen.
He leaves to cherish his memory parents mother Tina (Biggers) Allen, father Roccardo Allen, sister Deliscia Allen, children Jah’mier Allen (5) yrs., Javion Slaughter (5) yrs, Jainna Allen (3) yrs, and baby Jamella Allen, Aunts Rhonda Clayton; Pam (Wallace) Hawkins, Vedera Allen at Chicago, Michelle Barber and Nadene Beal uncles Jay Curse Hambric, Maceo (Joselyn) Biggers and Forest Beale Jr.
He will be missed by his cousins Brandon Hambric, Renatta Crockett, Andre Silvera, and Jr. Harper – to them he was more like a brother. Also, a host of other cousins , his close friends Dominique Field and Jessica Shuman, who kept him on the right path with encouragement.
James touched a lot of lives and there are just too many to be named, but please know that you are in our families hearts, just as we are in your prayers.
