Ja’Mir Camren Dasean Jones

Ja’Mir Camren Dasean Jones went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, March 25, 2020.

Ja’Mir was born May 17,2017 in Columbus, Ohio to Mikayla Anderson and Makhi Jones. His life was full of love, laughter, curiosity, and learning. Always playing, singing, dancing, and asking questions; Ja’Mir lived every minute of his brief time with us to the fullest. He enjoyed watching Power Rangers and held a world record for the number times that he watched Spiderman. His favorite color was blue; and he loved reading books. His bright eyes, personality, and sense of adventure will never be forgotten. His smile was infectious and made everyone’s heart happy.

Though Ja’Mir was not on this earth long enough, his presence and kindness changed every life he encountered. He could make anyone grin with just a glance of his handsome face and huge brown eyes.

Ja’Mir was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother Roya Marie Jones; paternal great-grandmother Marie Ellen Jones; maternal great-grandfathers Hermon Bosley Jr., Bernard Anderson, and James Pearson; great-aunts, June Jordan, and Natasha Rigsbee; and little cousin, Marion Jones.

Left to cherish Ja’Mir’s memories are his loving parents Mikayla Anderson and Makhi Jones; brother, Malachi Jones; god-mother, Maliya Blalock; maternal grandfather Bernard Anderson; special maternal grandmothers’, Sheri Anderson and Stephanie Blalock; maternal great-grandmothers, Bernice Pearson and Charlene Purdue, paternal great-grandmother, Sherry’re Richardson; paternal uncles, Zaire Jones, Marquane Jones, and LaMonte Mathis; maternal uncles, Trey’on Bosley (Kyla), and Treyon’tre Bosley; maternal great-uncles, Hermon Trey Bosley, III, Earl Malone (Enricka), and Steven Smith; paternal great-uncle, Robert Carson; maternal aunts, Berne’tra Anderson, Chauncia Maddox; paternal aunt, Kasia Jones (Alicia Cox), and Ciance Bufkin; maternal great-aunt, Jewellyn Kubi; special cousin, Angelica (jelly bean); host of cousins and special friends.

His family and friends will miss Ja’Mir and his lovable ways for the rest of their lives. We pray his spirit lives on in each of us forever.
