She born March 7, 1951in Warren, OH to Johnnie Mae Henderson and Curtis Tarver. She was adopted and raised by Jeannette & Harvey Pugh Sr. She lived most of her life in Warren before moving to Columbus Ohio sixteen years ago.
Min. Pugh received her business degree from Youngstown Business College and was a graduate of World Harvest Bible College.
Jeannetta grew up in Warren, Ohio; Jeannetta realized at an early age that she had an extraordinary relationship with God. At 19 she surrendered her life to Jesus totally and was filled with the Holy Ghost. She received and began to understand her call to the prophetic soon after her conversion. In 1980 became co-founder of "We Care Ministries along with Prophetess Karen Clark-Green, a helps ministry that traveled throughout the country conducting seminars, retreats and conferences for women, singles and couples. In 1989 became an assistant minister to Elder A. Merrell, Pastor of New Jerusalem Fellowship Church. She was the first female minister in the city to sit in the pulpit of a Pentecostal church with a male pastor, which pioneered the way for many other young women today in ministry in her hometown.
Jeannetta lived in Columbus, Ohio and Living Water Ministries, where Pastor Hala Batarseh was her pastor. She served at her church as a gatekeeper and greeter and she served her church in the alter ministry as well. She attended World Harvest Church for 10 years under the tutelage of Pastor Rod Parsley. She attended World Harvest Bible College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in Pastoral Studies in 1997. She attended Therapon Institute of Texas where she received her license as a Certified Belief Therapist in February 2001.
In December of 2001 God called her to birth forth "Out of Him Ministries" which is an Apostolic/Prophetic training and equipping ministry to End-Time Levites around the world. Calling them forth from every corner of the Earth. Bringing the restoration of holiness, purity, pure worship and New Levitical order to the body of Christ. Out of Him Ministries host summits and chambers that train and then release Levites to fulfill their assignments. Her heart is to see the body of Christ be an example to the world in love and pureness of life representing the Kingdom in our daily lifestyle knowing that we might be the only light or life they will see. As we follow in the footsteps of Jesus our Master teacher and greatest example. To see lost souls come to know the Lord Jesus Christ, and live a fulfilled abundant life in him as Kingdom people.
Her nurturing and compassionate way has caused many both old and young across the country to affectionaly call her "Mom" or " Mommie Netta". Her wisdom and revelations of God's word is expressed by her simple yet profound thought provoking messages and her powerful voice as a prophetic psalmist.
Her favorite sayings can be summed up in two catchy yet powerful and truthful phrases; "If He says it Just Do It" and "Just set the table" a request she faithfully and lovingly fulfilled each time He requested it of her. She simply says, "that's all God requires is your obedience and to walk by Faith not by sight".
