Joe Henry Keith

Joe Henry Keith, age 79.  Sunirse February 15, 1936 in Talladega, AL and Sunset December 18, 2015 in Columbus, OH.  He attended Antioch Baptist Church in Talladega and So Help Me God Church of Christ in Columbus.  Joe was a graduate of Talladega Training School and attended trade school and Columbus State for welding.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, worked at White Westinghouse, Rockwell International, Ohio Malleable and Columbus Malleable and retired from Liebert Corp after 23 years of service.  Joe was preceded in death by his parents John Henry and Lucille Sherman Keith, stepmother Lillie Mae Keith, brothers Moses Hampton Keith and Pluma Keith, sister Winnie Esther Keith and grandchildren Anthony Cox II, Natasha Keith, Tyann Lindsey and Darshell Stone.  Left to cherish his memory, wife of 55 years  Lue Effie Keith, sons Richard (Crystal) Jones, Marvin Moten, Jeff (Cindy) Keith, and Darryl (Dionne Foster) Keith, daughters First Lady Timilion (Pastor Tyrone) Lindsey, Minister Quintina Keith, Stephanie Keith Dent, Brenda (Carl) Nelson and Tracy Garrett, brother Billy James (Gloria) Keith, sisters Nikki Lewis and Ruth Easley, 28 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, best friends Stanley Townsend and Floyd Turner and  a host of other family and friends.  Visitation 10am and Funeral 11am Saturday December 26, 2015 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE 2500 Cleveland Ave.  Interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Estates.
