Joseph Richard Woodford, 62. Sunrise January 10, 1949 – Sunset April 8, 2011. He was born in Dayton, Ohio to the late Joseph E. and Marie Carter Woodford. Joseph was Founder and Owner of RDL 101.com Radio Station. He was a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity and The Upper Room Deliverance Ministries where he served as a Deacon. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters Linda Woodford Pannell and Joyce Woodford. Left to cherish his memory, wife of 43 years Linda Woodford, son Joseph Raymond Woodford, daughters Monica Lynn (Bishop Emmanuel) Sumlin and Kristen Woodford, sister Joanne (Howard) White, 14 grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
