Joseph Wade, Jr

Joseph Thomas Wade Jr., was born on December 1, 1979 at University Hospital in Columbus, Ohio to Ella Armstead and Joseph Thomas Wade Sr. Joseph was raised and known on the Northside of Columbus and attended Mifflin and Linden McKinley High Schools.

 Joseph is preceded in death by his father, Joseph T. Wade Sr.; grandparents, John Lee (Josephine) Armistead, Galvister (Virginia) Wade, and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

 Joseph Leaves to cherish his memories, mother, Ella Armstead; sisters, LaTasha Armistead, LaTisha (Demetrius) Slaughter; five children, Josiah, China, and Sasha Cooper, Aja and Joseph Wade III; grandson, Javari Cooper; nieces, Mikaelyn, Jaidyon, Brae’lynn, Brielle, DeNala, and Demi; nephews, Duzie, Duce; and great nephew, Trevonne.

 Joseph enjoyed life, his personality made you mad and laugh at the same time! He loved cooking and was always “complimenting to the chef”. He loved music and worked hard in the construction industry for 20 years. Joseph enjoyed spending time with family and especially his kids. He was the family mover.
