Kamarion Jae Woody, age 13. Sunrise August 5, 2011, and Sunset August 9, 2024. He was born at Grant Hospital in Columbus, Ohio to Mia M. Woody and Alex W. Ferguson.
Kamarion attended Woodcrest Elementary and A+ Academy Elementary (Honor Roll, Certificate of Achievement, and Student of the Month). He was excited to begin 7th grade at Sherwood Middle School with all of his friends.
Kamarion progressed from children's church to teen youth church as well as other milestones. He loved bible study and reading Psalms 140 with his mother.
Kamarion smile was bright, warm, and contagious and inviting. He was a compassionate, loving respectful young man with a bright future ahead. He was always cutting grass and taking out the trash for people, making a few dollars to treat his friends to Angelina's pizza and their chocolate chip cookies. He loved caramel frappes, fruity pebbles, hot takis, and of course sunburst candy. You could find Kamarion rescuing stray dogs and cats. He loved basketball, swimming, fishing, bike riding, and watching scary movies. Kamarion was a dedicated son who cherished his family, especially his mother.
Survived by his loving mother, Mia M. Woody; father, Alex W. Ferguson; grandparent, Rochelle M. Woody and Alphonso J. Johnson; great grandparents, Loretta A. Woody and Eugene A. Notah (deceased); aunt, Alyce R. Ferguson.
Though his time with us was short, Kamarion we loved you more that imaginable, and more than time allowed us to show you. Your memory will forever remain in our hearts.
