Kawme Dejuan Patrick, Age 25, of Columbus passed away unexpectedly on June 30^th, 2016. He was born on April 5^th 1991 in Columbus, Ohio to Tasha Reeder (Patrick) and Larry D. Crews. Proceeded in death by grandfathers James Lott Sr, Zeek Crews and Aunt Ralinda Patrick, Crystal Crews, and Sabrina Mosley. Left to Cherish his memory, mother Tasha (Duane) Reeder, Father Larry (Yolinda) Crews, three sons Kawme Jr, Kawtrae (Iris) and Jashaun (Sasha) sister Tashawnda (Jonathon) Allen; brothers Shaquille Patrick, Lamondtae Bass, and Michael Gayton. Grandparents Barbara Patrick, Linda Crews, Dorthy and Fashion Stokes. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who love him dearly. Visitation 9:00am and funeral 10:00am Saturday July 16^th, 2016 at New Fellowship Baptist Church 3420 Petzinger Rd. Interment at Evergreen Burial Park.
