Larry Elder White

Larry graduated from Whitehall Yearling High School and soon after entered the United States Air Force where he worked in the Transportation Squadron while stationed in North Dakota and in Japan.  After serving his country and earning his Honorable Discharge from the military, he began working for Western Electric where he met lifelong friends, Eugene Lefever, Bruce Harper, Bruce Tyler, and Al England.

Larry was known for his willingness to help others at a moments notice.  Whether it was going to cut wood, help a family move, going to cut grass or just having someone to listen, he was there.  However, most of all, he loved his hot summers and being in the sun.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Marguerite Zimmerman, his father Lindsey White and one sister Barbara.

Larry leaves behind Bonnie Jean his wife of 40 years; two sons, Scott and Shawn (Cantie); four grandchildren; two younger brothers, Gary – twin (Vera), Lindsey (Eula) and finally a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews to continue his legacy.
