Larry also sang in the church choir and enjoyed delivering sermons on special occasions. One of his most recent accomplishments that he was so proud of was conducting church service on Saturday’s (His Sabbath) at the Meadows of Scioto.

Larry, a lover of family and friends was always the fun guy in the room. He loved family gatherings and parties, and was known for his wonderful ability to dance so smoothly on his feet and light up the room. From his marriages Larry was the proud dad of 6 children. He loved creating fond memories with all of them.

Larry loved music and dressing up. He loved eating good food but most of all Larry’s love for family was infectious! He was the kind of person you couldn’t help but love! His spirit will always be alive in us! Larry leaves to cherish fond memories, three sons LaShawn Walker, William Canty, and Allamar Young, three daughters Latasha Canty, Kayonna Walker and Tishona Young; all of Columbus, Ohio; two brothers Robert A.
