Lavelle Roe Sr

Lavelle Roe Sr., age 76. Sunrise May 22, 1940 in Springfield, OH and Sunset February 28, 2017 at Mt. Carmel East in Columbus, OH.

Lavelle was a graduate of Springfield South High School and a veteran of The U.S. Navy. He worked at International and was a member of Local 423. Lavelle was a former member of Rock of Faith Church and currently served God at Rhema Christian Center as an Elder, Evangelist, and Philips Street Ministry; and was also a lead servant of Lord our Righteousness Prison Ministry.

Lavelle was preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Mable Roe; siblings, Milton Roe Sr., Evangelist Zetta Stroder, Charles Roe, and Devon Roe and sister in law, Evangelist, Mildred Roe.

Left to cherish his memory, wife of 55 years, Yvonne K. Roe; sons Lavelle Roe Jr., David Roe and Richard (Sherrie) Roe; brothers Pastor Richard Roe Sr., Keith Roe, Gary (Roxanne) Roe Sr. and Kenneth Roe; sisters, Evangelist Dorwilda Roe Willis and Jacqueline Roe; 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation 10:00 am and Home Going Service 11:00am Wednesday March 8, 2017 at Rhema Christian Center 2100 Agler Rd. Interment with Military Honors at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
