Leartis C. Day, III, age 17. Sunrise June 23, 1999 and Sunset March 30, 2017.

Leartis attended Independence and Fort Hayes High Schools. He enjoyed listening to music, working and being with family. Leartis is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Gary Hood and Leartis C. Day, Sr.

He is survived by mother, Adrena Foster; father, Leartis C. Day, Jr; brothers, Dijon Foster, Salis Burks, Michael Chapman; sisters, Dija Day, Leajah Day, Shundrea Chapman, Kylearia Day; grandmothers, Michelle Foster and Sylvia Day; great grandfather, William Foster; nephew, A’reon Day; niece, Aubre’l Day and a host of other relatives and friends.

Columbus, Ohio Visitation 4:00pm – 6:00pm Thursday, April 6, 2017 at MARLAN GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Avenue.

Celebration of Life Service 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 7, 2017 at Temple Emmanuel Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 108 W. Indianola Avenue Youngstown, Ohio 44507 where the family will receive friends from 12Noon until time of service. Interment Todd Cemetery.
