Loretta “Tiny” Johnson

Loretta “Tiny” Johnson 58, passed away on Wednesday,  June 24, 1985, 2015 at Ohio State University Hospital after an extended illness.

She was born on August 3,1956 in Mansfield, Oh where stayed all her life before moving to Columbus, Oh in 2005. She attended Mansfield City Schools and was well known and loved by many. She loved playing bingo and poker. She also loved having family around where she was the life of the party. She was quite the entertainer and was fearless.

Loretta is survived by three daughters; Jahmeelah Johnson, Ayeesha and Kahlililla Owens; three sons Jahajahba Johnson, Rashad and Kyyron Jones all of Columbus, Ohio. Fourteen grandchildren, three sisters Carol Johnson of Mansfield, Myrtle (Myron) Bell, and Rhonda Johnson of Columbus, Ohio. Three brothers; Juan Roody of Dayton, Oh, Steve and Terry Johnson of Columbus, Oh. Special Aunt Wahnita Johnson of Mansfield, Oh and Uncle Clint Johnson of Texas. Special friends of Mansfield, Ohio and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins and many friends.

She is preceded in death by husband L.A. Owens, mother Nancy “Jean” Johnson, son Abshadu “Corey” Jones, brother Michael “Rock” Johnson, two uncles Joe Louis Johnson and Deluster Paige Sr., and grandparents Jeffery and Jessie Mae Johnson.

Visitation 11:00am and Funeral 12:00 noon Thursday July 2, 2015 at Greater St. John, Oasis of Love Church of God in Christ 190 Chester Ave.  Pastor Walter Jordan II, Eulogist.  Interment at Mansfield Cemetery. Ministry of Comfort entrusted to MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE 2500 Cleveland Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43211.
