Mary F. Jones

Mary F. Jones transitioned into everlasting life on Monday, March 3rd, 2014 at age 69. She was born on March 1st, 1945 in Clifton Forge, Virginia to the late Frank and Marie A. Jones.

She was a graduate of Gauley Bridge High School in Gauley Bridge, West Virginia and was employed with the State of Ohio, the Borden Company and John W. Galbreath. In addition, she was a longtime member of First Pentecostal Church of Charity and later became a member of Mt. Gerizim Baptist Church, both in Columbus, Ohio.

Mary had a very authentic nature, and a genuinely loving spirit. She absolutely adored her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren; and cultivated friendships that have stood the test of time. Her generosity has impacted the lives of many, and her wit will be remembered for years to come.

She is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Marie A. Jones; son, Michael Watson; brother, Frank Jones Jr.; sister, Alice Jones, and the love of her life, Willie Watson.

She is survived by her loving children Sharon Bridges, Jeffrey (Linda) Watson, Tracey (Clarence) Tyree and her sister Alice’s only son Keith Jones, ten grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren; beloved sisters, Helen Pope, Eunice Jones, and Brenda (James) Tyler; brother Charles (Vanessa) Jones and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and many good friends including her special friend Roderick Henderson.
