Moses E. Stephens departed this life on October 7, 2008 in Columbus, Ohio at Riverside Hospital. He was born to Clarence and Eula Stephens on September 19, 1933 in Ft. Gaines Georgia. He moved from New York to Columbus, Ohio with his family in 1977.

He is preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Eula Stephens; and first wife Snow Pearl Stephens.
