Brian Maurice Thompson was born July 2, 1998, at Ohio State University Hospital Columbus, Ohio, born to Renae D. Pryor and Brian Maurice Thompson Sr. Brian gained his wings on March 17, 2024. He is preceded in death by grandmother, Patrica (Eugene Johns); grandfather, Charle E. Pryor (Jackie) of Baltimore, MD; grandmother, Ruth A. Thompson (Robert) of Washington, DC; great-grandmother, Mary Lou Chaney, Daisy Kendricks, Jessie B. Jessie; great-grandfather, William Alfred Mckarn; uncles, Michael Pryor, and David Thompson (of Washington DC).
He leaves to cherish his loving memory his loving wife of Columbus, Ohio, Veronica Thompson; sons, Brian Maurice Thompson III, Bentlee Marcus Thompson; his daughter, Bri’elle Thompson; mother, Renae Diane Pryor; father, Brian Maurice

Nolen; aunts and uncles, Roslyn and Rodriquez (Roy) Hendricks of Washington, DC; uncles, Rodney Thompson (of North Carolina), Lawerence Pryor (aka Uncle Butch), Charles E Pryor Jr. of Atlanta, Georgia, aunt Ivy Dench of Atlanta, oldest living aunt, Laura Lawson (aka Aunt Baby), aunt Roxanna Nolen (Johnny), aunts, Emma Neal and Elsie Mcall, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Brian M. Thompson Jr. also known as “BRI BRI” to the family, “Brian Bizzle Thompson” to LCA Skate Crew, and “Mindgamez” to Rough Riders (RR)Motorcycle Club. As a young child growing up, Brian discovered his passion for every sport you can imagine. On May 30, 2003, Brian Maurice Thompson participated in the 13th Annual Pre-Kindergarten commencement exercises at Gospel Tabernacles Rainbow Christian Daycare. He attended Forest Park Elementary and from there he went to Clinton
Middle School. In 2012, Brian M. Thompson Jr. received certificates for maintaining a 3.5 grade point average and was an honor roll student at Mifflin Middle School.
In 2009, Brian M Thompson Jr was featured in Columbus Dispatch with MENTOR Doug Halse, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio at Clinton Middle School as a sixth grader playing the game of Monopoly. Brian M. Thompson Jr. loved skating, swimming, football &and basketball camps, bowling, and God. Brian M. Thompson Jr. first played basketball for Cornerstone Pentecostal Church. Then he moved on to the AAU Basketball team. Brian M. Thompson Jr. played basketball for Whetstone High School and football for Centennial High School and attended Groveport Madison High School where he was greatly loved by the administration and student body.
He was employed at the Skate Zone where he and a friend started their skating club called “Lights, Camera, Action”. Brian M. Thompson Jr. had a pair of Stacy Adams shoes made into a pair of roller skates. He was a smooth skater with incredible stride. Brian was always seeking opportunities. He was a go-getter of sorts. In 2017, at the age of 18, Brian Maurice Thompson Jr. enlisted in the United States Army. He valued this service highly and attained the rank of Private First Class/Motor Transport Operator Specialist. As part of this service, he received awards and medals for National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, and Air Assault Badge. Brian Maurice Thompson Jr. graduated 2nd Battalion, 60 Infantry Regiment Fort Jackson South Carolina June 22, 2017.
We would like to give special attention to Brian’s partner, Queenie Tillman (mother of their son, Bently) and family for their strong embrace and love for Brian. Queenie along with Brian embraced holidays with the children enjoying family, friends, vacation, and fun. Brian M. Thompson Jr. was known for his sense of humor and love for family. To know him
