Mr. Malcolm D. Mason

Malcolm Devonte Mason, 32, passed this life on May 3, 2023. Malcolm was born on January 31, 1991 in Mansfield, Ohio to Artie and Betty (Blaney) Mason.

Malcom was a proud 2009 graduate from Mansfield Senior High. Malcolm was a loving and loyal young man who loved spending time with his daughter, nieces and nephews. Malcolm had a deep love for his dog, Hazel and the skills of Kobe Bryant. He had a heart for helping. Malcolm was truly a mommas boy. To know him was to know he was a good guy.

Malcolm was preceded in death by his grandparents; John Aron and Dorothy Blaney, grandfather; Jimmy Freeman and great aunt; Betty Blaney.

Left to celebrate his life are his daughter; Aaliyah Pinkston-Mason, parents; Artie and Betty Mason, grandmother; Grace “Jackie” Freeman, sisters; Searia of Texas, Dorothy and Vontia of Mansfield, brothers; Malik and Jaykwan of Mansfield, nieces; Da’Mia, Da’Shay, ZaNya and Zareia, nephews; De’Mir, Zehvan, Zakhye, Zamari, De’Marrion, De’Marrius and Baby Zahir, special friends; Jacari Davison, Kendall Dean, Brennan Robinson and a host of Family and Friends who loved him dearly.

Malcolm will be remembered as a loving father, son, brother, and friend. He had a passion for sports. Malcolm knew the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior. He will be missed by all who knew him.
