Olas Dunson

Olas Dunson, age 81. Sunrise October 7, 1932 in Talapoosa, GA and Sunset September 4, 2014 in Columbus, OH. Olas was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, former employee of AT & T , and retired mail carrier with the U.S. Postal Service. He graduated from Hondros College as a Licensed Realtor. He was a member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church where he served as Past President of Credit Union and a Sunday School Teacher. He was also a Past President and member of the Columbus Chapter of NAACP, and member of Masons and VFW. Olas was preceded in death by his parents James and Maude Dunson, three brothers and four sisters. Left to cherish his memory, wife of 57 years Rose Marie Dunson, sons Gregory O. Dunson and Eric J. Dunson, brother Perry Dunson, sister Flora Milton, grandson Gregory D (Aaliyah) Dunson, great grandchildren Emperial Williams, Kennedy Cowans, Kamryn Cowans, Amya Dunson, and Gregory D. Dunson Jr.
