She attended Empire Elementary, Sherman Elementary, Simpson Middle School, and Johnny Appleseed Jr. High, ultimately graduating from Mansfield Senior High School. Growing up on Grant Street, she cherished her upbringing and remained deeply connected to her roots.

Rachael was a vibrant spirit who adored sports, particularly swimming. Her love of athletics extended to watching her brothers and her son Titus Arrington plays football where her enthusiastic cheers could always be heard.
