With our deepest sorrow, we announce that Reginal Lamar Byrd, age 39 a beloved father, son, brother, family member and friend died unexpectedly on Saturday, January 23, 2021 a current resident of Columbus, Ohio. He was born in Bogalusa, LA and he attended Bogalusa High School and graduated in 1999. He also attended Southeastern Louisiana University.

Reginal was born to Tera Byrd Magee and the late Larry Page on July 20, 1981. He leaves to cherish his memories his mother Tera (Bruce) Magee of Columbus, OH. His son Kaseem Wade of Columbus, OH; 2 grandmothers Marie Mims of Columbus, OH and Helen Page of Bogalusa, LA; 5 brothers Brandon Magee and Michael Byrd of Columbus, OH; LaRajhe Pam, Tavaris Pam and Tobias Roberts all of Bogalusa, LA; 2 sisters Shylanda Pam of Slidell, LA and A’Leia Pam of Houston, TX; 10 nephews and nieces Brandon Magee Jr., Columbus, OH; Dakotah McCoy, Kylan Gloson, Mackenzii Rogers, Skylar Burris of Slidell, LA; LaDaijah Pam, Anijah Pam, Parris Holloway of Houston, TX; Tiana Foster of Atlanta, GA and Kingston Dawson Covington, LA; His aunt Gwen Page of Bogalusa, LA; 3 Great-aunts Jewel Vernon of Bogalusa, LA, Revieta Lampley and Iris (Norman) Robinson of Columbus, OH; Special friend Ashleigh Jennings of Columbus, Ohio. A host of relatives and friends.

He was preceded on death by his father Larry Page, 2 grandfathers James D. Mims & Otha Page. Great-grandparents Robert Byrd, David Lampley and Revie Jordan Byrd Lampley. An uncle who was like a father James Mims Sr., Aunts Priscilla Lampley & Kimberly (Michael) Peters. Cousins Terry Byrd and Robert Byrd.

We LOVE and MISS you so much our dearly departed Reginal. Those who knew Reginal, even just a little, lost a true and faithful friend in their lives.

Most importantly, Reginal had a deep love for his family and cherished the time they would spend together enjoying holidays, birthdays, and family dinners together. Reginal will be missed everyday by his Survivors

PUBLIC Visitation 9:00 AM.

PRIVATE Visitation 10:00 AM and Funeral 11:00 AM Friday, February 5, 2021 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Ave. (A TICKET IS MANDATORY)

Interment at Eastlawn Cemetery.

A MASK IS MANDATORY.
