Rev. Clyde Butler Sr.

Rev. Clyde A Butler Sr., 75. Sunrise November 13, 1935 – Sunset January 26, 2010. Retired Truck Driver at Hills Department Stores. A member of East Mt. Olivet Baptist Church where he served as an Associate Minister and Superintendent of Sunday School. Rev. Butler was preceded in death by his parents Mary and William Butler Sr., sister Estell Martin, stepson Shawn Riley and great grandson Treshaun Oliver. Left to cherish his memory are wife Betty Holliday Butler, sons Clyde (Kim) Butler Jr., and Deshannon (Tanisha) Butler, daughters Phyllis (Kemp) Smith and Mary Butler, brothers William (Nora) Butler Jr. and Earl (Tomasine) Butler; sisters Evelyn Holloway, Lorrine Walker, Opal Lee (Jake) Henderson, Willimae (James)Williams and Diane Bollinger; stepchildren Charles and Willie (Joni) Crawford, Nicole Holliday and Larry (Erica) and Gary Riley and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
