Rhonda Carol (Haley) Cochran was born March 23, 1952 to Clarence and Anita Haley in Beckley, West Virginia. The family moved to Cincinnati in 1953. While growing up in Cincinnati Rhonda spent most of her childhood with family and friends. To family and friends she was known as “Rhonda Carol or supercat”.
