Richard Anderson, 75, sunrise May 17, 1933 in Cleveland, OH- sunset September 24, 2008 in Columbus, OH. Retired from Forest City Foundry. Past President of NAACP Portage County. Former trustee at Allen Chapel AME Church Ravenna and St. Paul AME Church Cleveland. Relocated to Columbus and united with Mt. Vernon AME Church where he served with the Masters Men and Food Pantry. Preceded in death by his parents Herndon and David Anderson and six siblings. Mr. Anderson is survived by his wife of 54 years Annie L. Anderson; son Herndon W. (Marilyn); daughters Cynthia (James R. Morgan Jr.) and Donna Anderson; brother David Anderson; grandchildren Dion Thompson and Byrana Anderson and a host of other relatives and friends.
