Rita is survived by siblings, Marietta Thomas and Carolyn (Kary) Catchings; children, Cynthia (Walter) Lowery and Carolyn Seward; grandchildren, Andre (Kamilah) Davis, Akilah Dulin, LaKrisha Lowery, Sherrod Seward, Alycia Lowery, and Seth Seward; great-grandchildren, Daziah Jackson, Amier Davis, Leena Davis, Ameera Williams, and Liam Seward.

She was preceded in death by parents, William Walker, Maebell (Walker) Parsons-Carpenter; siblings, Lawrence Parsons, Mansfield, Ohio, William Parsons of Riverside, California, Evelyn Elizabeth Robinson, Crestline, Ohio; Mattie Jean Spruill, Battle Creek, Michigan; Monabell Grace Smith, Cleveland, Ohio; and son, Oliver Dulin Jr.

Visitation 11:00 AM and Funeral Service 11:30 AM Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Living Faith Apostolic Church, 2177 Mock Rd, Columbus Ohio, Interment at Mansfield Cemetery.
