Robert Aaron Munn “Bobby”, age 61 of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on April 3, 2013. Robert was born on June 4, 1951 to the union of Robert and Roberta Munn.
Robert graduated from Rossford High School in 1970 where he played football, ran track and he also attended Barbizon School of Modeling. Later, he enlisted in the United States Army and after fulfilling this commitment went on to serve his beloved country proudly as a U. S. Army Reservist for many years.
Robert worked at the Chrysler Corporation in Toledo, Ohio an d later became employed with the State of Ohio Bureau Of Unemployment in Columbus, Ohio where he worked for 30 years. He retired from State Service in December 2012.
Robert married Priscilla Graham of Columbus, Ohio in 2008 and enjoyed married life immensely. He loved his family tremendously, and worked diligently to always allow his actions to speak louder than words concerning family.
Robert was a devout Christian whose life represented love and service to Kingdom of God. While living in Toledo he was a member f Rossford First Baptist Church and after relocating to Columbus joined New Salem Baptist Church. Subsequently he joined Hilltop Community Center of Seventh-Day Adventist where he continued to serve the Lord faithfully in various capacities, including Deacon, Usher, Media Ministry, Custodial Services and other duties as needed. He was widely known to never turn down an opportunity to serve the Lord.
Robert Munn was preceded in death by his parents, both sets of grandparents and a sister. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Priscilla, stepson Titus Thomas, stepdaughter Tasherah Thomas, daughter Kimberly (Brandon) Brown of Augusta, GA, son Robert (Stephanie) Scott of DeSota, TX, three grandchildren, brothers Andre, Joe (Linda) and Herman (Debra) Munn of Toledo, OH, Carl (Judy) of Muskegon, MI, George (Yvonne), of Jacksonville, TX, Eric (Violet) and James Munn of Toledo, OH, sisters Juanita of Minneapolis, MN, Deborah and Belinda(Curtis) Collier, of Toledo, OH, his Hilltop SDA Family, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
