Sharain “Skadaint” Alice Scott

Sharain Alice Scott 29, was born December 12, 1990 at Metro Health in Cleveland, Ohio to Margy Scott and Kelly Williams. During her adolescent years Sharain and her siblings moved to Sacramento, California with their grandmother, Mary Alice Scott, who she admired and truly loved and who has since preceded her in death.

Sharain would eventually travel to Columbus, Ohio where she completed her education at Kaplan University, obtaining a certification in medical assisting. Sharain also spent 9 years working as a dedicated employee at Gap Inc. Sharain had a substantial amount of love for her daughters, My’Angel and My’Onna. Her daughter’s meant the world to her. Sharain would do anything to put a smile on their faces. When her mother came into town they spent countless amounts of time together along with My’Angel and My’Onna. Sharain was the oldest of four. If her brothers or sister called her she would drop whatever she was doing to be by their side. Sharain was the definition of a GREAT big sister. As a young child, Sharin was very vibrant and always kept a beautiful smile on her face. She also had a great sense of humor. Sharain was the life of the party. Once Sharain walked in it was non-stop laughter with all her silly outburst of sounds you never heard before, her imitation of people, her crazy dancing and if there was a big booty in the room she was surely going to smack it following “twerk something, shake something”.

Skadaint absolutely loved going to Reggae Sunday nights with Auntie Peachy also known as buela. Sharain loved her little cousin Ray Ray. They were more like sisters. They could have a disagreement, look at each other, laugh and act like nothing ever happened. From matching tattoos, to shared secrets, to turning up together, those two were what you call inseparable. Sharain cherished her family and friends. If you said you were cooking, Sharain would come running for plate for now with a plastic bag in hand and Tupperware for a plate for later.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter’s My’Angel and My’Onna Lake, the father of her children Laron Lake, her mother Margy Scott, her father Kelly Williams, her brother’s Rondell Scott, and Charles Scott, her sister Denay Scott, her nephew’s Hassan, Zy’Yhon, Tyshawn and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother Mary Alice Scott, Granddaddy Roy Westerfield, uncle’s Herman Scott, Roy Scott Jr and Wayne Westerfield.

Sharain Alice Skadaint was a beautiful, smart and intelligent Queen who will be missed by many, loved by all and forgotten by none.
