Steven is survived by son Tyrel Draughon; father Stanley Ferguson Sr; mother Shirley Ferguson; daughter Brandi Kent; son Shaun Ferguson.

Private Public Viewing will be held on Saturday, 7th of August, 2021 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Chapel of Peace – East in Columbus, Ohio.

Private Memorial Service will Steven Paul Ferguson passed away on Saturday July 31, 2021 after a short battle with lung cancer.

On January 21, 1960 Steven “Ferg” as he was known to many friends and family, was born in Trenton, New Jersey to parents Stanley Ferguson Sr(deceased) and Shirley Starkey. He graduated from Trenton Central High School in 1979 in Trenton, New Jersey, where he played basketball.

Steven loved to go fishing, watch football, basketball, dance and spend time with his family, highlighting his children.
Steven was a man of many trades and could fix anything! He was a loving Father, son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, who was always laughing and kept a big smile on his face.

Steven was preceded in death by his Grandfathers: Marshall Ferguson and Zack Todd, by his Grandmothers: Pauline Ferguson and Jean Todd, and by his Father: Stanley(Joyce) Ferguson Sr.

Steven leaves to cherish his memories to his Mother: Shirley Starkey of Trenton, New Jersey, Brothers: Stanley (Mary) Ferguson Jr. of Indianapolis, Indiana, Tyrone (Malikah) Ferguson of North Carolina. Sons: Shaun Ferguson of Los Angeles, California, Tyrel Draughon of Reynoldsburg, Ohio and Daughter: Brandi Kent of Orlando, Florida. Grandchildren: D’ivion Johnson, Zy’Shaun Harris, Adanya Ferguson and Tyrel Draughon Jr, along with a host of other relatives, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Rest in Peace my Son, you will always be in my heart!

We love you Dad and will miss you always!
