Sylvia L. Davis, 81. Sunrise May 10, 1930 – Sunset June 2, 2011. She was born in Sweet Water, AL, an active member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Mobile, AL and recently moved to Columbus where she passed away at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Josephine Allen, sons Robert Charles and Freddy Earl Adams, and siblings Maggie, Pearlie, IR., Dizzy and Archie. Left to cherish her memory sons Roy (Carolyn) Miller, Bobby (Kimberly) Ransom, and Johnnie King (Donna) Ransom, daughters Gussie (Emmanuel) Howard and Deloris Miller, sisters Rosie Green, Annie Clark and Stella Scott and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
